A typical clinical intake lasts 1 1/2 -2 hrs. and together we will go through all of your body systems and discuss the harmony that they may or may not have. We will look at past health concerns as well as current and future health goals. Emotional and Spiritual health is just as important as physical health and we will address any imbalances that you may be experiencing in these areas as well.

We provide a variety of services including:
SWEDISH: Invigorating strokes that facilitate the return of body fluids to the heart, thereby loosening muscles, cellulite and congested lymph arteas.
DEEP TISSUE: Bodywork characterized by firm, constant compressions and stroking of the musculature; intended to bring consciousness to the skeleton by freeing the muscles of chronic tension.
PASSIVE JOINT MANIPULATION/ SPORTS: Uses movement to release tension in the muscles and tendons to obtain a wider range of motion. PJM "re-informs" our nervous system to the variety of movement available to us.
PRE-NATAL: A Swedish massage with pregnancy pads and loving intention toward the new being inside, while nurturing the blossoming mom.
